About Me

Hi, I’m Cat Lemke, the owner of Ink & Aperture Photography. I live in Somonauk, Illinois with my husband and our three kids. My love for photography began 15 years ago when I had my daughter, and it has continued to grow and evolve ever since. Over the past three years, I’ve poured my heart into building my business. I started with focusing on sports & after branched out to portrait, family, maternity, couples, and boudoir. I’m thrilled to be officially opening my studio in the heart of Somonauk, where my kids are growing up & I hope to join any future community events. I can’t wait to be your photographer and capture the moments that matter most to you.
